I. General Provisions - The Wroclaw Book Fair, further referred to as the Promotions, take place between 02.12.2010 and 05.12.2010 in the Museum of Architecture at ul. Bernardyńska 5. The meetings with authors, discussions, events promoting literature and readership will take place in the Galeria Awangarda BWA at ul. Wita Stwosza 32 in Wrocław.
- The organiser of the Promotions is the Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna we Wrocławiu.
- The main goal of the Promotions is to promote books of a great value that are ambitious, distinguishing themselves as regards their literary side and educational and editorial virtues.
- The Promotions have a character of fairs accompanied by the literary and promotional events (meetings with authors, conferences on certain subjects, presentations, lectures, exhibitions, discussions and contests for publishers and readers).

- The goal of this competition is to recognise and reward the best books published in Poland and abroad in the year 2010. Assessed will be the quality of edition of the books.
- Subject to assessment may be the books of all PUBLISHERS participating in the Wroclaw Book Fair 2010.
- Each PUBLISHER may submit 5 titles. In the case of the multi-volume publications assessed will only be the editions completed in this year and presented as complete ones. The publishing series may be represented by any number of titles published in 2010.

- Warunkiem uczestnictwa w WTKC jest dostarczenie na adres Organizatora wypełnionego czytelnie formularza, podpisanego przez osobę uprawnioną, najpóźniej do dnia 15.06.2010.
- W imprezie mogą brać udział Wydawnictwa oraz inne instytucje o charakterze wydawniczo-dystrybucyjnym zaproszone przez Organizatora. Uczestników WTKC w dalszej treści nazywamy Wydawcami.

Regulations - The condition of participation in Fairs of Books for Children and Youths, GOOD PAGES is the submission (by 30.04.2010, to the address of the Organiser) of a legibly filled out form (application) signed by the authorised person.
- In the Fairs will participate publishing houses and other institutions of a publishing and distribution character invited by the Organiser. The participants in the Fairs are further referred to as the Publishers.
- Assignment and location of a stand in the exhibition Tent is in the hands of the Organiser. Special wishes and requests will be accepted depending on their practicability.
- The Organiser does not permit the Publishers to make accessible their stands or their parts (free of charge or for a fee) to third parties.
- Entry to the Fairs GOOD PAGES is free of charge.

- Celem nagrody jest wyróżnienie i uhonorowanie przez środowisko księgarzy najważniejszych wartościowych publikacji książkowych wydanych w Polsce w roku bieżącym lub poprzedzającym aktualną edycję Wrocławskich Promocji Dobrych Książek we Wrocławiu.
- Komitet Organizacyjny i fundatora Nagrody Księgarzy Witryna stanowi Izba Księgarzy przy Zrzeszeniu Prywatnego Handlu i Usług we Wrocławiu.
- Nagrodą jest statuetka Witryna wraz z dyplomem okolicznościowym.
- Laureatem corocznej nagrody może być tylko jedna książka.
